Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi I've heard that you can get the eon ticket by going to victory road after getting a legendary pokemon finding a new road in victory road then finding the trick master and he gives you something like a lightball or something then find steven and give him that or stardust and hegives you eon tickeyt I read this from someone called shadow 69 or something like that and if its true where do i go with the eon ticket? Please help I want to get the most out of my game thankyou.

This is ALL fake. The only way to get the Eon Ticket is by using the E-reader and doing these mystery events.

The eon ticket will take you to Southern Island where you can fight and catch the other Lation/Latias, depending on what version you have.
