Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have questions to ask.

What Poke'mon can learn dig or where can you get it.

I need a Poke'mon that can learn dig that can learn it fast.

Trapinch at level 41 you get it at the sandstorm on the right of Lavaridge but as it grows higher in levels it evolves.

Don't let it evolve or it can't learn dig to stop it evolving keep pressing B as fast as you can.

Well you can catch Trapinch, it learns dig at level 45 or so.

But only if you DON'T ELVOLVE it to Flygon.

It can be caught at the desert...

You can get dig from that place the scientist is digging in (cave) and the kid outside the door of the cave will give it to you it is a house in fallarbor.

About the other ? nincada located on route 116

Well, lets see.You get Dig at the Fossil Maniac's house in Fallabor town.

And, these are the Pokemon that can learn Dig (I'm not a master at this as you see, I only know one)Trapinch.

If I find another one that learns Dig, I'll submit another answer for your question.
