Question for Pokemon Ruby

Is there a GAMESHARK code for a Dragonscale or Kingdra because I only have 199 pokemon that I own on my pokedex and I need 200.

If there is please tell me the code as soon as possible...

Dont post the same ?? twice.That gets anoying.Anyway catch lots of horsea and Bagon.

One at least should have a dragon scale.If it does evolve 1 of the horsea and give the seadra(thats what it evolves into)the dragon scale trade the seadra and it will evolve then trade back.I dont think theres a code or cheat for it.
