Question for Pokemon Ruby

I had this really awsome game.

I had almost all the fans, and my swellow was going to enter a master rank cool contest really soon as well!

Sadly, my friend deleted that game!!!

In the new game I had to start, I'm only in lavarige,while in the other game I had won the game!

I know the answer will most likely be no, but is there a way to get my old game back?

Well, I don't know how to get your game back. I'm not sure though, there may be a cheat but, I don't know if there is.

But, like you said, there is most likely that you will just have to start over.

(sorry) If I do find a cheat to get your game back, I'll tell you right away.
