Question for Pokemon Ruby

I saw in an earlier post that the only way to get dig back if you lost it is to raise a Trapinch or a Nincada. What level are they usually at to learn it? I raised a Trapinch from level 20 to 35 and it has not learned it yet, and I raised a Nincada from level 4 to level 27 (now a Ninjask) and it still has not learned DIG. Any suggestions?

Never mind, I found out that I should not have let Nincada evolve and they both learn at around level 40-45. So I'll start over with the training...

I believe Trapinch learns it at level 41 and Nincada learns it at level 46, but you can't evolve them, otherwise they will not learn it.

You must raise a trapnich to level 41but I am not sure about Nincada/Ninjask
