By using the codes on game shark for pokemon ruby to recieve all pokemon do you have to have extra pokemon in your box to be replaced... and by putting the code in are they automatically entered into your box.

They'd probably get deleted. I suggest you have extra room sometimes when I use those kind of codes my Pokemon just dissapears!
The pokemon box has enough room for more than 400 pokemon.
P.S. If you don't believe me than go to Lanette's house and read the open book by the computer on the back wall in her house.
