Okay, I know that there are six random tiles that you can fish in to find Feebas. And I know that the current trendy phrase in Dewford town affects this. So, does anyone know what six random tiles he's in, exactly, depending on what phrase? I can't seem to figure it out. Help would be appreciated.

I found that depending the number of letters used in the trend is counted to that tile. Say we used, "Water Pokemon." That would be tile 6 because counting from tile 1 to 6 and back due to there being 12 letters in this phrase. Now don't count this to work 100 of the time cause it depends the popularity of the phrase as well.
