I have Pokemon Ruby and it says about Mirage Island in Pacifdlog town what s it about that and is there a special Pokemon you have to show the man to go there?? Please help me!! Thankyou.

Your pokemon all have a number and the number changes (Ether every time you withdraw or deposit pokemon or every day) But if your pokemon's number matches that of Mrage island ( It changes too) the man will see Mriage Island
