Wormple evolves into either Silcoon or Cascoon. This depends on the 'Personality value' of the Wormple. What is the meaning of Personality value and how is it varied?

That is not true. It is time of day you do it. Cascoon at night. Silcoon at day.
Um actually you get Silcoon if the beauty stat of your Wurmple is higher if not you might end up with a Cascoon
Silcoon is a personality value of below 5
Cascoon is a personality value equal to or greater than 5.
