Question for Pokemon Ruby

How long should I wait to see the rare Pokemon at Mt. Pyre because all I see are suppets and duskills.

I have recently searched for Chimencho the rare Pokemon at Mt Pyre and yeah keep looking at either side of the top and you'll come up against it , it took me about 15 minutes but a good rare Pokemon. Hope this helps friend.
