Question for Pokemon Ruby

I don't have any cariggers so don't give me cheat coads but is there a fast way to get my groundon to lv 100 it's at lv 64?

A fast way is use the Gameshark for rarecandies and then feed it to them or beat the Elite Four a hole lot of times.
