Sceptile is Lv. 37 and dustox is Lv.35. P.S. I JUST WANT TO SEE IF IM GOOD ENOGUH AND WHICH POKEMON TO USE. DO NOT THINK I WANT RATINGS!

Ok I think this team could pull it off.

If it's possible you should try and get a fire Pokemon or fire move so that you can take out the skarmory. I'm pretty sure that she had a skarmory.
Gardevoir is definitely a keeper in this gym since it has thunderbolt. If you can get another Pokemon that isnt weak to flying or possibly a rock, ice, electric type it would help you.

As for levels, they're alright. You can train them a little more if you want but you should be capable to win with those levels.

So in all get a fire move or Pokemon and add another Pokemon to give you more of a chance. Hope I helped.

Try use all lighting types of Pokemon Lv 41

Gardevoir-Very good, flying isnt super effective on it and it has thunderbolt, definetly put it in the battle
Sceptile-Ok, flying is super effective on it, but keep it in the battle.
Dustox-Good, I think I remember that flying is super effective on it so I think you should take it out.

Overall, a pretty good choice of pokemon.
You should get a Camperupt,Magneton,1 rock Pokemon, and 1 more electric type. Camperupt-teach it Fire Blast or Flamethrower, and you pick the rest.Magneton-Thunder,Thunderbolt, and you pick the rest. And for the rock Pokemon DO NOT teach it rock smash because rock smash is a fighting move NOT rock type.Make sure the other electric type has thunder or thunderbolt(or both). Then you should be able to beat Winona.(the flying gym leader)

One more thing, level up your sceptile and get it's HP and Special Defense Very High. You can find hp ups, iron, calcium, zinc, and protien at the Department Store in Lilycove City
