Question for Pokemon Ruby

I heard some people on Supercheats, that you can give a masterball to a Pokemon, and when you grow a level there will be 10 master balls. If that is true, you whould be rich with master balls.

PS. Oh by the way if you guys know if it is true or not tell me,

I've played these games since they came out and I have a lot of knowledge of these games and I can tell you its not true.
