How do you get to EVER GRANDE CITY. I keep getting stuck at a waterfall.

Kick the Magmas out of the Seafloor Cavern, get to Sootopolis City, access the Cave of Origin, pick up the HM07 (Waterfall), defeat or capture Kyogre or Groudon, and defeat Wallace. Simple as that.

Use the HM move -Waterfall- to climb the waterfall. I do believe the HM number is 07.
