Question for Pokemon Ruby

Thanks so much for the people who answered to me before!

But the question is about Clamperal again... can he evolve by training it, or does it have to trade? and the shoal cave with the snorunt, I cannot seem to find my way through it at all.

Even at low tide, it brings me to the same place over and over again, back where I started, and I just want to know how I get to the snorunt! Thanks!

Do pokemon also stop growing at level 100?

PS. I finally caught all the Regi's!

Yes, Pokemon stop growing at level one hundred.
Now, If you have a *Codebreaker* a *Gameshark* or an *Action Replay*, your Pokemon will continue to grow surpass the normal maximum level.

Also, Pokemon at level one hundred will also evolve if they are (LINK) Poke'mon, for example Machoke, that Poke'mon will evolve if traded via the GBA link cable and it turns into Machamp. Hope that helps out! See you.
