The Pokemon Wyanut (the pre-evolution of Wobbufet). And a very rare berry. (The name escapes me.

Unfotunatley the only Pokemon is Wynaut, but I think you can find an extremely rare berry there, it might be the liechi berry I'm not sure.

I myself have never been to Mirage Island, but I have heard that you can get a rare berry that you can only get there. Also, you can catch the Pokemon Wynaut there too.

You can catch Wynaut, and you can get an extremly rare berry there.
Supposoffly you can also catch Deoxys there.

From what I heard another master ball is on the island. A rare berry and a wynaut evolves into wobbuffet. If your Pokemon ruby says time events will not happen you will never go there... Hope I helped!
