Can anywon tell me where to get the pokeblock case? I want to get into the safari zone but can't pllz someone, Ps, can anyone tell mee how too evolve an evee into an espeon or umbreon on the older versions(not sure if evve is on this verison)

Hi there, there is a little girl in the Slateport city's Pokemon Contest Hall. She'll give you a Pokeblock Case as she has an extra one.
As far as your doubt on eevee is concerned, even I am not sure whether you get an eevee in Pokemon Ruby. However in Crystal & Silver versions you can evolve eevee in to an espeon if it evolves during day time. If you want an Umbreon evolve it at night. Based on which Pokemon (Espeon or Umbreon) you want train eevee at daytime or at night.

Well seing as there aren't any time indicators in the game I don't think you can get an espeon or an umbreon
The girl in either slateport or lilycove has the pkeblock case
I do not know how to get the Pokeblock Case but here is an Eevee evoloution board.
Flareon: Fire Stone
Jolteon: Thunder Stone
Vaporeon: Water Stone
Espeon: Become friends during the day
Umbreon: Become friends at night
And this is for people who play Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
(All of the below are only found in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum)
Leafeon: Level Up near Moss Rock
Glaceon: Level Up near Icy Rock
Glaceon: L

The safari zone is always open so on that I don't know what your talking about. In the previous version fire red and leaf green heres how to evolve evee
Fire stone + evee = flareon
Water stone + evee = Vaporeon
Thunder stone + evee = Jolteon
Those were the ones you could evolve in the previous version

The Pokeblock case you get from a little girl in the Contest Hall in Staleport city. Then you can mix berries and go to the Safari Zone
