Can anyone tell me about getting the aurura ticket or whatever it is, in Pokemon ruby?
Also, I don't have the word 'Latias' in my game to tell it to Berry Master's wife. How to get it?

Well, the truth is the 'Auruara' ticket doesn't exist. However, there is such thing as the Eon ticket, which will take you to the Southern Islands, and allow you to catch whatever 'Lati' (Latias or Latios) you can't get in your game. But to get this, you must have a Gameshark or an AR thing.
The answer to your other question is thatto get the word Latias in your game, it has to be in your Pokedex, meaning you have to see it first.
You don't need it in ruby version it's useless, you can only use them in pokemon F/R, L/G, and pokemon Emerald version.
