Where is a good place to train latios?thanks to whoever answers

Well, it comes a time when your Pokemon almost can't be trained outside the League. When you get Latios, you achieve that moment.

So there isn't exactly a great place to train him, your best shots would be the reporters (those 2 guys you can find on only a couple of places, if you don't know, say something on comments and I'll explain) or of course, the League. I leveled all my party by going there over and over. Just use him as your first Pokemon in all battles in you think you're strong enough, if not, simply use him to fight the Dragons type trainer. You'll gain a great deal of experience.

It's kinda easy. I taught mine dragon claw and took it to the elite four. So you can just teach a strong move and take it there

The best and easiest way is to go to the Pokemon Legue.
My Blaziken went from Level 59 to Level 81 there.
Also you could try the wild Pokemon if you have the right Game Shark codes.
