Can anyone tell me something about Mossdeep Space center? I heard a rumor that when a guy will say,'Succesfull Flight no.54' then you can go to space and catch Deoxy and after that you land on the Illusion island and catch Jirachi. Plase tell me if it is Fake?

In Ruby and Sapphire there is nothing special about it, but I heard that in Emerald it will at one point be infiltrated by the Magmas and Aquas. The moon thing is not true.
Yes it is true but it is only on successfull flight no.100
No actully it's 56 or higher you can catch Deoxys on the moon but 100 or higher you can catch Jirachi on the moon, I know because my friend showed me and you don't even need any of the cheat systems.
