Question for Pokemon Ruby

Why don't my codes I add work? When I got done with the Mew code it wouldn't work any more! Please help me!

Most of the wild Pokemon codes don't work, I think it has somthing to do with the encryption from the emulations raw code to a gsa, ar code.
