I have waterfall and I used it but I still can't get on to evergrand city? I beat all 8 gym leaders and I still can't get up the waterfall. I have two Pokemon that know the move waterfall pysduck and tentacruel. It just wont let me!

Are you at the very bottom of the waterfall? That might be the problem. Also if your using AR or GS it may have bugs that effect little things like that. I point at a possible bug thing because I assume you know how to waterfall >.>
You must position yourself at the bottom of the waterfall,facing it. Then you must use waterfall then you may travel up the waterfall.
