Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where is a good place to train my Pokemon at lvl 60-70+ and is their anyway to get dig besides a diglet or trading? I lost my dig TM

Get EXP share, and repeatedly battle the interviewers at 3 different locations. They are located near Fortree, near Mauville to the right and above. Instead of giving them an interview, say no and keep battling them. The Pokemon holding EXP share will get about 2000 exp every time. Alternatively, keep battling the Elite 4.

A few Pokemon learn Dig automatically. Try checking the Pokedex on this website.

I would try the Pokemon league for training.
You are out of luck with the tm.

Try the elite 4 and they'll level up fast, especially if they're traded or if they are holding a lucky egg, to get back a dig TM you need a FR/LG and buy the dig TM in the Celadon City megastore, but nincada learns it at level 45 and trapinch learns it at level 41
