Since you did not mention Registeel, I'm assuming you did the stuff in the Sealed Chamber on Route 134. So here we go:

Regirock: Go to the Desert and head due south (not onto Route 111; stay in the Desert!) until you come to a monolith surrounded by six stones. Walk in, read the inscription, and then move two paces right and two more down, and then use Strength. The wall should open.

Regice: Go to Route 105 and find the sandbar with the vegetation and Ruin Maniac. Go to the left of that sandbar and continue upward until you come to another monolith. Go in and read the inscription. After you look at the inscription, just wait for two minutes and it should open.
