TOO MANY BAD EGGS! HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM?

I used the action replay cheat..
For gettin a Pokemon on the 1st slot of you're PC...
But I just found out that you should only put 1 code on at a time...wellllll too late...
And 2 of my boxes are full of them... how do you get rid of them? Or am I stuck with them?
Do I have to reset the game? Or could I just ignore them...and is there an anti-dma code for the game like for emerald... PLZZZZZZZZZ HELP!

Probably would be better off ignoring them..I did the same thing, but with my gameshark. I left them alone, traded my best Pokemon from there into one of my other games, then restarted, but if you want to stay on the game, ignore them xD...
