Can somebody please tell me how to get to kyogre also is there a way to catch mudkip or torchic if so how? Thanks for whoever helps.

In ruby, I think the only way to catch kyogre is by trading from sapphire, or, by hacking the game. I think that by catching mudkip or torchic is the same idea. But if you trade your treeko over (that was your starter Pokemon rite?) to another game, you can reset your game and get...lets say torchic. Then trade him over and so on. To get kyogre, you must trade it from sapphire/emerald or use a GS/AR. To get the other starters, you must start a new game on one game anf then trade them over then trade them back to the game you want them on. You might want to make eggs too so you could put the other starters that hatched from the egg on the other game
