Question for Pokemon Ruby

1. How do you get Latios for Ruby, without a E-Reader, or Eon-ticket?

Or how how do you get the Eon-ticket without the E-Reader?

2. How do you go to Mirage Island, without any help, but just with the game and no Gameshark, E-reader and that stuff?

Well to get Latios get Beldum without evolving it, then fly to Lillycove and go to the left grass he should pop up within the 1-3 tries, and I don't know how to get the E-on ticket without useing the E-reader but you could just trade Latios for Latias in a trade.

Look in mostly water. (Latios: mostly water, Latias: mostly land).

I don't know how to get the Eon ticket.
Get some legendary pokemon or the game randomly picks one wild Pokemon that you have to catch.

1 The only way is to use a Game shark and get a Eon and activate the SI

2 You need to take a Pokemon to the old man if the Pokemon id matches the randome day number it will appear if you find it it will vanish at midnight and you have to take a different pokemon back to make it appear again (or get lucky and get the same random number again).
