How do you get them because my pokedex is completely full and I tried to talk to the professor but he doesnt mention anything about those three!!! Somebody please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's what you could do:
1. Use cheat codes to catch them in the "wild"
2. On XD: go completely through the training area (all 100 floors) 3 times, and choose the starter you don't yet have, then trade them into Ruby
3. If you have Emerald, use cheating codes, "recieve" them from the professor, and trade them into Ruby.

I don't think you should use a cheat because that messed up my game so find another way.
The code works. Your best bet if you use the code, is to use save states, if you are on a computer emulator.
