Is there a easy way to get Feebas without using a cheat, because I have fished in Route 119 for over a week now using all three rods, and I still can't find it.

To find Feebas is just by EXTREMELY extreme luck. I was looking for about 25 hours on Ruby then I got Sapphire and started playing that and I went looking and found it in less than half an hour. I did the same with with Chimeco. Just keep trying and don't smash your game as I was so tempted to.
