A very Vague Question but trying to build a full pokedex by evoving everything that can be. Which Pokemon evolve at what level and which need trading or stones. Also how do I get baby Pokemon IE. Pichu?

To get baby Pokemon, you need to put two different genders of the same Pokemon in the daycare.
Example:pichu. To get pichu, you have to put a girl pikachu and a boy pikachu, eventually they will have an egg and in that egg is pichu.

Well I could tell you some evolutions of the Pokemon to fill up your pokedex.
Vileplume- evolve gloom with a leaf stone
Sunflora- evolve gloom with a sun stone
Beldum- defeat Steven and fly to Mossdeep. Go to Steven's home and take the pokeball.
Igglybuff- take a girl wigglytuff and a snorunt or a boy and girl jigglypuff.
Pichu- take a boy and girl pikachu
Alakazam- trade kadabra and take it back to get alakazam.
Golem- trade graveler and trade it back to get golem.
Chimecho- find chimecho in Mt. Pyre near the elders.
Rayquaza- Defeat Steven. Read the August issue of K-Zone to know more.
Feebas- Try to wait for the time when route 119 didn't rain. When it doesn't rain, you can catch Feebas under the bridge near the institute.

Okay...Um...To get a specific baby species (pichu, for example) the mother needs to breed with a member of her egg type. I believe in the pikachu's case, fairy and field. SO technically, you don't have to breed her with another pikachu ._.
