I have multiple Questions to ask. 1)Is Deoxys and Jirachi availible in RUBY? If so where are they found?2)If they can be found, how do you get there?and 3)How do you get to the Southern Island? Thanks in advance.

I will answer all of them in one answer. All you've asked can only be obtained through the famous Eon Ticket. Now your next question will be: how to get the Eon Ticket? The Eon Ticket can only be obtained through a Nintendo Event. And now you ask: what is a nintendo event? A Nintendo Event is an event Nintendo does from time to time and they stopped making them for Pokemon ruby.

So in the end if you want any of those things, you need a cheating device (like a gameshark).

1)Deoxsys you can only obtain on ruby from using a gameshark Pokemon modifier and same with jirachi. 2) you just go into a place where you can catch Pokemon while using the cheat. 3) Southern Island you either have to have an e-Reader, or you have to do go to this site: http://faqs.ign.com/articles/541/541208p1.html and it has the master code and code needed for eon ticket and the event to go there and get latias.
