Meteor Falls

Can anyone please tell me how I can get to the lower part of Meteor Falls in the room where you get TM02 (Dragon Claw).

I can't remember on how to get Dragon Claw but I will tell how to get to the lower part of Meteor Falls. Entering from south or north if you walk just a bit you will see water, so use surf. You you will then have to use the move Waterfall to climb up. Enter the cave, and in that area, use the stairs down. In this area, go up, using the stairs and you will found yourself next to an old couple. Go up again, passing by a guy, and start jumping down and to the left (you have to enter the stairs right above the old couple). And you are there now: use surf and choose the way you want to go: the area is not very good, so you will find it soon enough.

You will need waterfall and surf. Surf on the water and use water fall to travel up the waterfall. You will be lead to a new series of rooms with two new trainers. In the room where dragon claw is found, you can also catch a Bagon so be vigilant!

Alright, I will see if I can help you out here. In order to reach the area where the TM containing Dragon Claw is, you will need to bring two things along with you. You will need to bring two HMs with you, more specifically, you will need to bring along a Pokemon that knows the move Waterfall, and a Pokemon that knows the move surf. Enter into Meteor Falls and immediately head into the ocean and start surfing. Go north and use your Pokemon to get up the waterfall then go in the northeast direction until you see a cave. Go inside that cave and you should encounter a dragon tamer or two. Inside that area will be the Tm for Dragon Claw. You should also encounter an elderly couple. Fight them and then add them to the Pokenav. Hope this helps.

I think it's in the part where you can get Bagon... You need HMs Surf and Waterfall. Go to the upper level where there are powerful pokemon. Chellenge this Dragon Tamer and Jump throught those sloppy things that make you jump. Whatever you do just keep Left. You'll see a ladder going lower.
Now all you have to do is Surf and find another opening. Surf again until you reach the end and you'll find a pokeball lying on the ground. You can catch Bagon in that area
