Trading and the regis.Can someon help me PLZ!!!

Ok well I have Pokemon crystal and ruby.Can I trade between them? Crystal keeps saying that your friend is not ready and then cancels.PLease help me. And For the regis I haven't found the underwater cave where you have to start, can someone help me with that? Thanks in advance.

I really hate to have to tell you this, but unfortunately, there is no possibly way for you or anyone else to trade between Pokemon crystal and Pokemon Ruby. You cannot trade Pokemon Ruby with Pokemon Gold, and you also cannot trade Pokemon from Pokemon Silver to Pokemon ruby. The reason of this is because Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon Sapphire, and Pokemon Emerald were all made for the Gamebody Advance while Pokemon Gold, Pokemon Silver, and Pokemon crystal were all made for the Gameboy Color. There is no way to trade between them. I know that it sucks, but you might as well forget about it, As for your problem getting into the Underwater cave, you need to surf near the bottom. Look up a video on Youtube.com.

No becouse the regis are not on the pokedex so no you can't

Go to pacifidlog town and surf toward dewford and slateport in that area and you will go through fast current water stay toward the middle and you must have a relicanth first in your party and a wailord last in your party and you obviously need dive or it won't work and when you get to the cave go top the far wall and read the wall walk in and there will be an earthquake if you relicanth and wailord in the right spots on you team and the other caves should opened
