How do you make a clampearl evolve?I gave it the deepsea tooth already but it doesnt evolve wha should I do does it have to be a certain level too?

You need to trade it to evolve it.
Deepseatooth -> Huntail
Deepseascale -> Gorebyss
Well, I know why your Clampearl will not evolve. You see, you are doing the correct things, but you are forgetting the most important step in Clampearl's evolution process. The most important step would be that you are not trading him! Here what you need to do. Since you want Clampearl to evolve into a Huntail, have it hold the Deep sea tooth. While it holding the Deep sea tooth, trade the Pokemon to your friend, and then have your friend trade it back to you. When it comes back to you, it should now be a big, strong Huntail! Also, the level does not matter, but I would not evolve it until it got to above level 40.
