Once you win 7 times in battle tower the lady takes you out and gives you a prize. If you keep doing that does it count as in a row? And say win beat the first seven then you lose against the next seven does it still count you as having seven wins in a row?

Yes, it counts as a row if you keep beating them. If you lose, then you start over
