Where or how do you catch a Nosepass?

Lol, first allow me to say that I like your name. It is really kool in my opinion. Anyway, moving on to your question...
You can find Nosepass very rarely in Dewford Town. More specifically, you can find Nosepass in Granite Cave which is on Dewford town. Now, here comes the part that you will hate...You can only have a small chance of finding Nosepass whenever you use Rock smash to break a rock. Not only does that mean that Nosepass is located in the deeper part of Granite cave, but it also means that you have to find a rock, and smash it. To sum it all up, in order to find Nosepass in the Granite Cave which is located in Dewford Town, you need to have HM 6 which is rock smash so you can smash all the rocks you see. Hopefully you will find a Nosepass under one.

There is only one place where you are able to catch Nosepass. First you must go to Dewford Town and head left to rout 106. You will find a cave called Granite Cave. Then it is, as usuall a matter of luck, so search well and do not give up.

You can find him in Granite Cave in Dewford Town(northeast), you don't to Surf. In the cave(you might want the HM Flash on one of your Pokemon) try to find an area that is elevated by one step. Use Rock Smash on one of the rocks there. If you can't find there, smash all the other rocks you can find in the cave.
