Hello alex pokemon. First, beat the Elite Four. Second, you need a Relicanth(find in seaweed underwater, sort of rare), and a Wailord(found rarely on route 129) or evolve a Wailmer(by fishing anywhere except Meteor Falls and route 119)at level 40. Then, go to Pacifidlog Town and Surf to the left. When you find the fast water go down so that you are on the edge of the route and Surf until you come to a fairly large shallow part which you can stand on and it doesn't have rocks or people on it. Go to the very bottom left of it and go up about 3 or 4 steps and Surf that way. You will be in a small place that you can Dive in. It may take some practice finding the place. Once there dive down and follow the only path you cna until you find a rock with brail. Surface in FRONT of the braille and you will be in a chamber go to the end of it and use Dig(refer to a TM list if you don't have it) in front of the brail. A door will open. Go inside and put Relicanth in the front of your party and Wailord in the back. Read the braille at the end of the cave(or something like that, if it doesn't work, consult to a walkthrough) and it will say that it sounded like doors opened far away. To find Regirock, go to the south part of the desert that is north of Mauville City. To open open the door in his chamber, go in front of the brail and go three steps down and two to the right, then use Strength. For Registeel, go to route 120 and you will find a path leading up near the edge where it meats route 121, next to a patch of flowers and a girl. Go up the two sets of stairs there and you will find the same sort of cave as Regirock's. Go in and ase Fly in the middle of the cave. Regice is found on route 105. Surf to the left of Dewford Town and stay tight to the left of the route until you come to a swimmer that looks out to the right of the route next to an island of trees. Go past him(he might battle) onto the island and Surf again to the left of it(not onto the other island and Surf up until yoou find yet another cave. Go in and to open the door, click on the brail ONE TIME, not two. Don't even click again so that the caption disappears, and eventually the door will open in about a minute. Click on the brail in Regirock and Registeel's cave just to be sure that you've done everything. SAVE before you battle them, their to catch, especially Regice, so bring lots of Ultra and Timer Balls.
