Bronco11, could you tell me the best berries to make Feebas evolve into Milotic and where to find them please?

I used Chesto Berries to make blue Pokeblocks and fed those to him AND I leveled him up but he still didn't evolve.

Does it matter if the feel or level of a Pokeblock is low or high? LIke if it's high will it be more effective, or if it's low be less effective and not help him evolve?

Check the comprehensive feebas/milotic guide on the walkthrough section for accurate info on how to evolve it

I'd save the trouble and get Milotic through cheats but it's the blue blocks that improve beauty...
I had to get Feebas's beauty up then get it one level up before it envolved...
