Where is the guy/woman that lets you trade a Pokemon for Alakazam? Also, what Pokemon do you need to trade to get it?

There is no man/woman in any Pokemon game that will trade you for an Alakazam. I do not know where you heard that, but it is definitely not true, only some lie. Sorry, that would be nice though.
I believe that there isn't anyone that will trade you an Alakazam. I believe you will just have to trade a Kadabra to someone then get it back, thats the only way sorry.

There is a person to trade for alakazam in Pokemon red blue green and yellow I don't know about ruby
could it be possible if we breed two kadaras to produce a full bloodied evolve form abra ??
I know where to find ìt but the rumer is not true if you use cheats and go to the iron island or so (sorry I forgot it) a worker will appear and trade alekazam for huanter
