Question for Pokemon Ruby

Is there a way to get a second Dig? because I sold mine and I need it for the Regi's. Thank you

There should be this Pokemon in the desert (I forget his name) he looks like a beetle. Train him to lvl 42, I think (somewhere around there). DO NOT LET HIM EVOLVE OR ELSE HE WON'T LEARN IT!!. At around lvl 45 he should learn it, but if you let it evolve, he won't.
