I keep on hearing people say about 'launching the rocket and stuff. I know that it's not true to go to the moon, but I 'ent the faiiiiiiintest pie on earth of what they,re on about when they talk about this blummin rocket.

Also, where could I get an 'action replay v3?

Ahem, anyway to answer your question...

They are talking about the space center in Mossdeep City. Supposedly, after there are 100 successful launches, if you talk to everyone in there, you will be asked to go into space, and catch a strange looking Pokemon that was seen near the moon. I don't know who came up with this little lie, but it sure is a brilliant one, having fooled thousands of Pokemon players into believing that it was true. You could get a Action Replay from any store that sells Video game, and Video game accessories, so just look around your local shop. To upgrade, you have to connect the Action Replay to the computer by using the USB cable that comes with it. Then choose update, and there you go.
