Question for Pokemon Ruby

I used this code for shiny Pokemon and followed it carrfully but every time I try to catch a shiny my game always freezes. Please tell me what to do I really want a shiny Pokemon. Help me please!

Once you caught the shiny Pokemon, don't move! Save your game and turn off.
