Metal Claw
Slugde Bomb
Phschic (or confusion- not sure)
Secret Power

Finally!

Train your Metagross to Level 50 to replace Metal Claw with Meteor Mash. Drop Secret Power and teach it Earthquake (if you can). Make sure it's Psychic not Confusion as Psychic is more powerful.
