Where do I catch deoxus?

To catch Deoxys, you must either go to a Nintendo Event(which they don't hold anymore for Pokemon ruby) use a Gameshark, or an Action Replay. You could also trade one from a friend that is willing to trade you. That is the only way that you will get a deoxys on Pokemon Ruby.
