Question for Pokemon Ruby

1.Is there really a cheat that can make Mirage Island or Southern Island accessible?

2. I have asked this before but this time can someone please answer - Which of these Pokemon should Ii put on my starting 6

1. There is not really a cheat except a Gameshark code (your've got those Pokemon so I'm sure you have a Gameshark device) if you do hear the code

If you don't have one you need to have a mirage sensetive Pokemon (to find out go to the man at Pacific Lodge) then go to route 130 and you will find the island but I don't know why you won't to go there theres only Wynuts and arear berry
