Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi!!!

1. I need some help on finding the best moves for my Mew

2. How do you get the cheats to make your Pokemon learn ANY move?

3. Is Pokemon Emerald going to have the same storyline as Ruby/Sapphire except with a few changes?

Emerald is going to be very similar to Ruby and Sapphire, but it will host Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Latias, AND Latios. Regirock, Regice, and Registeel reprise as well. The cheat you want must come from Gameshark.

As for your Mew, teach Brick Break, Shadow Ball, Psychic, and Flamethrower.
