Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have 3 questions to ask, please answer them.

1) If anyone has been to Mirage Island can you tell me what Pokemon you used to get there.

2) What Pokemon are good for the Battel Tower any lv.

3) What berry do I need to blend to make a gold Pokebloke
and how many frainds do I need to blend with.

1. The Pokemon used to get to mirage Island are random every day, there isn't one set that will always make Mirage Island appear
2. Well since the Pokemon that you face are at random, there is no perfect set to guarantee victory
3. There are various berrires that can do that, but it you need 3 other people to make them gold and speed up the machine a lot
