Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey everybody!

I need some help!!
I need to have a good balance of Pokemon and I don't know who to put in my starting 6. Plus it would be great if anyone can help with the moves as well!

Get flamethrower and anchent power over gust and safegaurd train to level 100

seriosly, ember? destroy everything . The new moves should be protect earthquake flamethrower overheat and crunch. train to level 60
