Does your Pokemon becomes stronger next time if you breed or trade them?
I did an experiment but I don't know if its accurate.
I got a Bagon egg from my friend and evovled it to salamence. I caught another Bagon and evolved it. The stats were alot lesser than that Bagon from the egg.
So would it be stronger or is my experiment wrong?

The more levels a Pokemon goes through with you, the Stronger the Pokemon tends to be.
Plus, the egg Pokemon Stats are also effected by the parents' Stats. So if Bagons have bad special defense, an Altaria as its father could have improve the baby bagon's Sp. defense.
Not only have I learned that from a guide book, but I have had personal experinces, like a Slakoth's defense is usually the best thing except its hp, but a Slaking's Attack is a lot better than defense. So when I bred a Female Slaking with another Normal type Pokemon, the Slakoth's Attack was better.
Your Pokemon become stronger if bred, and also inherit certain status increases such as those from powerups like Carbos and Pokeblocks (e.g. a baby Feebas with a Militoc parent will be more beautiful to start with than a Feebas caught in the wild).
