Question for Pokemon Ruby

1)What does Ralts effect actually do? I never understood

2)Is this a good team after beating the Elite 4?
Rayquzza 81-crunch fly outtrage hyperbeam
Blaziken 66- fire punch double kick skyuppercut blaze kick
Groudon 69-fire blast solarbeam earthquake hyper beam
Kyorge 63-sheer cold hydro pump surf ice beam (traded)

3)Where do you get a moon stone? I know the one in meteore falls any where else?

#1: Ralts effect is .....lemme check.......synchronize right? you get poisoned the Pokemon that got you poisoned will get poisoned also, unless it doesnt effect but I've only seen that happen once.

#2: Not a half-bad team after beating the Elite Four,a few of the moves should be changed, but I'm not gonna say which cause I've probably been ignorant enough to have those moves for my Pokemon... :sigh:

#3: I've only found a Moon Stone at Meteor Falls, I think there might be one or two more.

1) Ralt's effect is called Synchronize. I used to think that instead of Ralts falling asleep or being paralyzed or whatever, one of your other Party Pokemon would. But the truth is, that if Ralts' status changes (if it is affected by burning, freezing, paralyzed, sleep and others) your opponent's Pokemon is also effected.

I want to tell you that Ralts has two different effects, one that the other people have told you, and trace. Trace Copies the foes effect.
